VBS Painting gel is an important painting medium in acrylic painting.
It is applied with a spatula and then painted Acrylic paint over.
But it can also be mixed with paint and then filled. For the glaze technique only little Acrylic paint is mixed into the gel. The painting gel is at the same time a thickener of paint. Mixed with a lot of paint, opaque shades of colour are obtained, which can be smoothed over and which appear even more intensive due to the gel.
VBS Painting gel is an all-rounder: It is also perfect as an adhesive and fixes even heavy objects on the painting ground for picture collages.
The water-soluble, environmentally friendly painting agent is produced without solvents and dries waterproof, making it ideal as a protective layer for your works of art. It adheres to almost all painting surfaces such as Stretched Canvas, wood and fabric
