Polystyrene balls, -dab hemispheres and cutting discs with decorative snow, when dry dab glitter paste over them.
Glue a hemisphere with hot glue diagonally on the cutting disc, close the sphere and glue the small sphere on it. Tie a piece Knitted tube between both balls.
Make templates for the cylinder from the template, Felt transfer them to the cylinder and cut them out. Glue the long piece round together and on the brim of the hat, then fix the lid on it. Glue on the cylinder and decorate with decorative snow, glitter paste, mushrooms and Ice-pick.
Paint the wooden tips orange and stick them together with Wobbly eyes and small pieces to the Felt face, stick on small felt circles as buttons
