Well, who has left a letter again? It can only be his Secret Santa friend Tomte! Tomte has a visitor today and wants to play cards with his friends in the living room.
Glue the blocks together for the wall and the floor with craft glue. Paint the floor with wood stain and let it dry. Dab in the ink pad with a dry brush and shade the edges of the blocks.
For the wooden benches, shorten 2 blocks each to 12 and 10 cm with the saw. The long block serves as a seat, the other one is glued in the middle underneath.
For the stools, cut and glue 2 x 4 cm pieces as seats and 4 x 2 cm pieces as legs.
Paint the benches, stools, table and cupboard with the wood stain and let everything dry. Tip: To obtain different colour shades, you can thin the glaze with a little water.
Shorten 8 wooden sticks to 7 cm with scissors. Glue 4 pieces together with craft glue to form a window. After the glue has dried completely, you can paint the windows with wood glaze.
Once the glaze has dried, place the window on the napkin and trace the outline. Cut out the motif and stick it behind the window.
Cut out the curtains from the felt (template A) and paint on white dots with the Posca marker. Cut out a thin strip of felt and knot it to the end of the curtain. Stick the finished curtains to the front of the window and then to the wall.
Then glue the benches into the room. Cut out a round carpet from the felt (template B), as well as seat cushions for the benches (template C) and stools (template D). Use the Posca marker to paint on decorations as desired.
Make mini card holders out of wooden sticks. Use the wooden blocks to make a large card holder. Place one block on the workstation and glue 3 blocks on edge. Make sure that there is a small gap between the blocks.
Fill the terracotta pots with foam and insert small vines and individual leaves from the VBS "Leaves" hanger.
For the lampshade, cut a piece of felt (template E) and glue it around an LED tea light with craft glue. Glue a wooden stick to the bottom and let the glue dry. Once everything is set, glue the other end of the wooden stick to the end of the wall so it looks like a ceiling lamp.
Decorate the room with more matching miniatures.
For the child, add the card holder, playing cards, blocks, VBS craft glue and the letter from Tomte.
