Spread the wreath with decorative snow and let it dry. Cut the tapes from the Jingles and thread the Jingles on wire sections, which you fix all around the wreath. Remove the Ribbon from the bells and tie them into the wreath with a piece of checked ribbon. From the rest of the protruding check ribbon you make a hanging loop.
