Paint the VBS toadstools "House" in matching and autumnal craft paint. Prime the bottom of the smaller tray with white craft paint. Cut out the desired napkin motifs. Peel off the top printed paper layer from each of the bottom ones and adhere them to the tray with napkin glue. Paint the edges of the tray with orange paint. Extra tip: You can get straight edges by masking with masking tape beforehand.
When the paint dries, the entire tray is painted with napkin varnish. Napkin varnish serves not only as an adhesive, but also as a coating varnish. The protective varnish allows it to be wiped clean later with a damp cloth.
Now place the smaller tray on edge and decorate it with a small toadstool, Iceland moss and the hedgehogs on the tray, fix them with hot glue.
Cover the large tray with Iceland moss. Glue an LED micro light chain to the back of the toadstool with hot glue. Glue the battery compartment first, then some lights around the windows and the door. You can arrange the rest of the lights in the Iceland moss.
Finally, scatter some VBS "Bray" leaf on the moss and on the toadstools.
