The concrete planter boxes are so easy to make
The small utensil boxes are first primed with concrete paint in dark grey. This is easily done with a Paint sponge .
After drying, simply delimit areas with masking tape, which are then painted with turquoise or blue or azure paint. With a Paint sponge dotted on these paint applications also succeed particularly evenly.
Crepe tape is also known as painter tape. It is often used for masking surfaces, because it can be easily removed afterwards without damaging them.
Planting the concrete flower boxes:
To enable you to plant natural flowers on the designed boxes, seal the surfaces of the interior walls with a weatherproof varnish or protective film.
For artificial flowers, fill the recesses of the flower boxes with Flower arrangement foam . Into these can be put artificial green plants or flowers quite simply. The Flower arrangement foam is then sprinkled with decorative gravel or similar small stones and is therefore no longer visible.
