This is how you make the concrete stand:
Saw the beech round stick to the desired length. Spray the small casting mould with baking spray release agent to make it easier to remove the casting later.
Mix approx. 20 tablespoons of concrete with water to a creamy mass and then pour it into the small casting mould. Insert the shortened beech round stick in the middle of the concrete mass, fix it so that it does not fall over or slip during the drying process and leave to dry for approx. 24 hours.
Then carefully remove the casting from the mould. Smooth the edges with sandpaper.
Now you can paint the beech round stick as you like with craft paint. Place the concrete base on a felt plate and outline it with a pencil. Cut it out with scissors and stick it under the foot with VBS craft glue. This helps to ensure that the kitchen roll holder does not scratch anything and can be pushed around better.
