Here's how it's done:
First download the free motif template, print it out and transfer the cut-out motifs to the respective foam rubber plates. For Santa Claus, stick on the beard and the cap over the face, for the snowman the black cylinder on the head. It is best to use something Handicraft glue
Now glue the already cut out faces with hot glue on the bark trunks. With Wobbly eyes you can make funny faces to the snowman, Santa Claus and the reindeer. As noses you can use little Pompoms or with the snowman a small styrofoam carrot. The mouth of the snowman was also made of small Pompoms ones
Finally, with organza ribbons and knitted Jingles tubes the three journeymen finished decorate.
