Little effort - great effect!
Strips of leather cork are cut in a width of approx. 0.6 cm. On the back of these strips you will find Adhesive tape on both sides and stick it all over the glass and on the edge of the glass opening. The bottom of the matching ball stand is also covered with cork.
Wrap a garland of leaves around the ball stand. Decorate the ball also with leaves of the garland, sprinkle decorative gravel into the ball and place a decorative bird in the nest or on the stand. Fix everything with hot glue.
Extra tip:
Wrap a micro LED light chain around the ball stand in addition to the leaf garland. The switch can be well hidden under the cork and the cable with the lights can be put through the opening into the glass ball. The light chain provides a cosy lighting in the dark.
