This is how you design the houses:
First, prime the birdhouses with white craft paint so that the napkin motif is clearly visible later. To do this, apply an evenly thin layer of craft paint with a brush. Allow the first layer of paint to dry thoroughly. As this is a highly absorbent surface, you may need another coat this way. This will give you a more thorough colour result. Wash out the brush thoroughly for the next step and let it dry.
Now paint the roofs in any colour you like.
Cut out the desired napkin motif. Then remove the two unprinted layers of the napkin and place the motif on the bird house. Take a napkin brush and coat the napkin from the inside to the outside with napkin varnish.
Now you can decorate the birdhouses as you like, for example with scatter pieces, ribbons, rhinestones and much more.
