Create a small mini chest of drawers with the Advent Calendar craft kit and Origiami Folding paper , in which 24 small drawers of sweet treats and other small treasures can be hidden. The MDF kit can be fitted with 12 drawers each at the front and the back made of Origami-Paper . Each of the Paper drawers is approx. 5 cm deep, 4.5 cm wide and 3.5 cm high.

How do I make a miniature chest of drawers with 24 drawers from the Advent Calendar craft set?
The Advent Calendar-craft kit contains a 13-piece kit made of MDF wood for plugging together. Included in the delivery is an illustrated assembly instruction, how and in which order the individual MDF parts are put together to create a miniature chest of drawers made of MDF
Before assembling, the blank should be decorated with Paper . In a first step the MDF kit is primed with cream-coloured Handicraft paint . After the primer has dried, the outer surfaces are coated with Décopatch glue and covered with Origami Folding paper . As soon as the Paper has dried, all MDF parts of the miniature chest of drawers are put together. The edges of the individual kit parts can be additionally coated with wood glue or Handicraft glue . However, the kit is so well made that all parts are already firmly fixed together without glue
During the individual drying phases for the miniature chest of drawers, the drawers are made from Origami Folding paper . The craft kit already includes a Stencil for crafting the small miniature drawers. Simply transfer the outer edges and the fold seams of the Stencil 24 times to one Origami leaflet (15 x 15 cm) each and cut out the outer edges. The inner lines result in fold seams. Now bend them and fix the resulting miniature drawer to the glue flaps
For Advent numbers there is also a Stencil. in the handicraft set. Simply transfer the numbers onto a contrasting coloured handicraft paper, for example brown wrapping paper or Craft cardboard sheet and cut them out into 24 small circles (use a coin as "circle-Stencil".
Each box gets its own Advent number and is decorated with a small satin bow.
The Advent Calendar is now already finished. It can be decorated completely according to own desires still further with satin bows, Christmas Balls or Jingles and Glitter paint further .
